サカオタ、という名前The name

「サカオタ」は日本語で、サッカーに深入りしている人を指す俗な言い方です。このサイトは世界中の公式チャンネルを並べていますが、出自は日本にあります。それを隠すつもりはありません。どこから確認しているかを明示するのと同じ性質の話だと考えています。

"Sakaota" is Japanese slang for someone deep into football. The site lists official channels from around the world, but it comes from Japan, and says so — for the same reason it says where its checks are made from.

何を載せているかWhat is listed

クラブ・リーグ・協会・大陸連盟・放送局・そして語り手本人が自ら運営する公式チャンネルだけです。カテゴリは16。カテゴリの中はクラブ・リーグ・協会 → 放送局・メディア → 語り手の順に分け、それぞれ登録者数の多い順に並べています。編集部の好みで順位を付けていません。

Only channels run by the clubs, leagues, federations, confederations, broadcasters and the people themselves. Sixteen categories; within each, clubs/leagues/federations come first, then broadcasters and media, then voices — each group ordered by subscriber count. No editorial ranking.

分かれ目は「埋め込みか、リンクか」ではありません。リンク先が権利者本人かどうかです。日本の著作権法は2020年の改正（113条2項）で、侵害コンテンツへのリンク提供自体が侵害とみなされうるようになりました。侵害へ誘導する作りのサイトで、運営者がそれと知っていた（知りうる状況だった）場合が対象です。つまり「リンクしているだけ」は自動的な抗弁になりません。このサイトのリンク先は、すべて権利者自身のチャンネルです。

The line is not "embed versus link" — it is whether the destination belongs to the rights holder. Japan's 2020 copyright amendment (Article 113(2)) means that even providing links to infringing content can itself count as infringement where a site is built to steer people there and the operator knew or could have known. "We only link" is no automatic defence. Every destination on this site is the rights holder's own channel.

サッカーでは、既定が「載せない」であるIn football, the default is "not listed"

試合映像の権利は、リーグや放送局が地域ごとに売買しています。そのため「24/7 サッカーライブ」を名乗る非公式チャンネルが、他の分野より遥かに多く存在します。このサイトはクラブ・リーグ・協会・大陸連盟・放送局・本人が運営していると確認できないチャンネルを、既定で載せません。再生数が多いことも、有名であることも、採用の理由にしていません。除外したものは、理由をつけて記録してあります。あとから同じチャンネルを再発見して、うっかり混ぜないためです。

Match rights are sold region by region, which is why "24/7 football live" channels are far more common here than elsewhere. Any channel that cannot be confirmed as run by a club, league, federation, confederation, broadcaster or the person themselves is left out by default. View counts and fame are not reasons to include. Exclusions are recorded with reasons so the same channel is not rediscovered and mixed in later.

どうやって確かめているかHow channels are checked

身元の照合Identity

ハンドルからチャンネル自身の ID を取得し、チャンネル名と登録者数を手元の記録と突き合わせます。調査の過程で、記憶から書き出した候補の47%が誤りでした。3分の1は存在せず、さらに一部は「名前は合っているが別人のチャンネル」でした。@LFC はリヴァプールではなく非公式のニュースまとめ、@SPL はサウジのリーグではなくプールの手入れの動画チャンネルでした。名前の一致は同一性の証明になりません。 実際に効いた識別子は、登録者数の桁と、投稿の鮮度の2つでした。

Each handle is resolved to the channel's own ID, and the channel name and subscriber count are compared with the notes. 47% of the candidates written down from memory turned out to be wrong — a third did not exist, and some had the right name but the wrong owner. @LFC was an unofficial news channel, not Liverpool; @SPL was about swimming-pool maintenance, not the Saudi league. A matching name proves nothing. What worked was the order of magnitude of subscribers and how recently the channel had posted.

実際のプレーヤーでの確認In a real player

このサイトと同じやり方で実際に埋め込み、再生されるかを見ました。サッカーでは、公式チャンネルであっても最新動画の埋め込みが拒否されることがあります。これは不具合ではなく、権利の売られ方に由来する前提です。だからどのチャンネルにも、公式チャンネルへ直接行く導線を常に出しています。埋め込みの可否はチャンネルの固定の性質ではなく、その時の最新動画の性質でもあるので、記録には残しても、表示はその場で判定しています。

Every channel was embedded exactly as this site does it, to see whether it plays. In football, even an official channel's latest video may refuse to embed. That is not a bug but a consequence of how rights are sold — which is why a direct link to the official channel is always shown. Embeddability is a property of the current video as much as of the channel, so it is recorded but decided live.

状態はその場で判定するState is decided live

既定の状態は「最新」（公式チャンネルの最新の映像）です。これは劣化状態ではなく、サッカーの公式チャンネルにとっての通常の姿です。「生配信中」は、プレーヤーが実際に再生を始めて「これはライブだ」と返したときにだけ出します。始まらなければ、推測せずに「受信できません」と書きます。

The default state is "Latest" — the channel's most recent official upload. That is the normal state of a football channel, not a degraded one. "Live now" appears only when the player has actually started and reports a live stream. If nothing starts, the site says "Couldn't load here" rather than guessing.

動画 ID を保存していないNo video IDs stored

保存した動画 ID はやがて古くなり、嘘をつき始めます。だからチャンネルの ID だけを保存し、残りはあなたが開いた瞬間に解決します。表示を正確に保つための設計であり、結果として権利の面でも安全側に立っています。

Stored video IDs go stale and start lying. Only channel IDs are kept; everything else is resolved the moment you open a channel. That keeps the display accurate, and it also keeps the site on the safe side of the rights question.

スポンサーの注記Sponsor notes

賭博事業者などのスポンサー表示が目立つチャンネルには、除外ではなく小さな注記を添えています。公式チャンネルであることに変わりはないためです。

Channels with prominent sponsor branding (betting operators, for instance) carry a small note rather than being excluded — they are still the official channel.

どこから確認しているかWhere the checks are made from

日本から確認しています。地域制限により、他の国では見える映像が日本からは見えないことがあり、その逆もあります。「受信できません」は、この場所からの結果です。

From Japan. Because of region locks, some videos visible elsewhere are not visible from Japan, and vice versa. "Couldn't load here" means exactly that — here.

更新Updates

週に一度、各チャンネルの生存と最終投稿日を確認し、月に一度ハンドルを取り直します。最も危険な故障は消滅ではなく、ハンドルが生きたまま別のチャンネルを指すようになることです。そのため、ハンドルではなくチャンネル ID を正本にしています。

Once a week each channel's existence and last upload date are checked; once a month every handle is re-resolved. The most dangerous failure is not a channel disappearing but a handle quietly pointing at a different channel — which is why the channel ID, not the handle, is the record of truth.
